Postgraduate by Coursework and Honours

We provide scholarships and awards to students enrolled in an Honours program or Master by coursework.

Scholarships generally have selection criteria, which must be met, and can provide financial support to assist you with education and living expenses.

Higher Degree by Research

At ECU, we are committed to undertaking high quality research and offer a number of scholarships to students undertaking a Doctoral or Master by research degree.

Master of Psychology

This Coursework Masters prepares students for professional practice in clinical psychology (assessment and treatment of psychological disorders).

In addition to completing a research thesis, students complete coursework and professional placements in clinical psychology.

This course is Commonwealth Government Supported for eligible students.

Students are required to complete practicum placement(s) as part of this course.

Aspects of this course, including coursework and placements, may require students to work outside of normal semester timetable.

Employment Opportunities

Graduates are eligible to work as clinical psychologists in government agencies (including HDWA, DCP, Corrective Services, Disabilty Services) and in the non-government sector.
