Students can undertake any of the majors which are listed as approved unit sets under the Bachelor of Health Science course. Where students choose to undertake only one of the 8 unit majors, minors are available in the following areas: Addiction Studies, Health Promotion, Nutrition, and Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H).
In some cases, students may be given permission to undertake a minor in Sports Science or Human Resource Management with the approval of the Course Co-ordinator. Students who are undertaking the Addiction Studies major, can also select a minor in Youth Work if they have a special interest in this area.
