BES3100 Business Career Development

Description

In this unit, students will develop the key employability and personal skills that will help them prepare for future employment. At an individual level, students will develop a Career Plan and gain experience writing cover letters, adapting their resume to different work environments, addressing selection criteria, and performing well in interviews.  At an organisational level, students will develop a more advanced understanding of global business contexts, including the role of ethics, social responsibility, accountability and culture, and their individual role in that environment.  Students may also have the opportunity to apply for and participate in a range of work-integrated learning opportunities.
