Admission requirements
Bachelor of Education with Honours First or Upper Second Class (2A); or Master of Education (by Coursework) or thesis; or Bachelor degree with First or Upper Second Class Honours in a discipline other than Education, plus one year full-time or equivalent study in a relevant area of education; or a Master degree in a discipline other than education, plus one year full-time or equivalent study in a relevant area of education.
Special admission requirements
Applicants would also normally be expected to have relevant professional experience.
For overseas applicants, competence in English is required and can be demonstrated via the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS), with the minimum acceptable score being an overall band of 7.0 (no individual band less than 6.5).
