Master of Environmental Management
Area of Specialisation In Marine and Freshwater Systems
This specialisation provides an opportunity for students to focus on the management of marine and freshwater environments. This includes background units in the biophysical aspects of both marine and freshwater environments, as well as environmental impact assessment, environmental water requirements, to finally managing water demand and learning how to engage with the community for catchment management.
Area of Specialisation structure
This unitset structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The Marine and Freshwater Systems area of specialisation equires students to complete 180 credit points (nine units) and provides an opportunity for students to focus on the management of marine and freshwater environments. This includes background units in the biophysical aspects of both marine and freshwater environments, as well as environmental impact assessment, environmental water requirements to finally managing water demand and learning how to engage with the community for catchment management.
