Master of Environmental Management
Area of Specialisation In Sustainable Development
This specialisation provides an opportunity for students to focus on the tools and understanding required for sustainable development. This includes background units in waste, environmental impact assessment, environmental economics, risk assessment, to finally engaging with the community in catchments and ecosystem management in forests.
Area of Specialisation structure
This unitset structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The Sustainable Development area of specialisation requires students to complete 180 credit points (nine units) and provides an opportunity for students to focus on the tools and understanding required for sustainable development. This includes background units in waste, environmental impact assessment, environmental economics, risk assessment to finally engaging with the community in catchments and ecosystem management in forests.
