Master of Environmental Management
Area of Specialisation In Natural Systems
This specialisation provides an opportunity for students to focus on the management of natural environments. This includes background units in the major biophysical environments (land, freshwater and marine), as well as environmental impact assessment, geographic information systems (GIS) and finally, to conservation and ecosystem management of forests.
Area of Specialisation structure
This unitset structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The Natural Systems area of specialisation requires students to complete 180 credit points (9 units) and provides an opportunity for students to focus on the management of natural environments. This includes background units in the major biophysical environments (land, freshwater and marine), as well as environmental impact assessment, geographic information systems (GIS) and finally to conservation and ecosystem management of forests.
