Major In Writing

Students with a passion for writing will be offered the opportunity to develop skills in a range of genres of writing, as well as to nurture a capacity for creativity.

They will be able to study several areas of writing, such as autobiography, biography, poetry, drama, fiction, writing therapy and community writing.

Major structure

This unitset structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.

Students with a passion for writing will be offered the opportunity to develop skills in a range of genres, as well as to nurture a capacity for creativity. Students will be able to study several areas of writing, such as autobiography and biography, poetry, drama, fiction, writing therapy and community writing.



The Major in Writing comprises 120 credit points (eight (8) units) selected from the units listed below, with no more than 30 credit points (two (2) units) at Level One.
