Minor In Music (Instrumental) Education
This minor is designed for students who wish to teach music to individual students (not in class or group settings).
Students can choose their Minor Specialisation units from relevant units offered by WAAPA, and they have the opportunity to learn about teaching music in a primary or pre-primary setting.

This unitset structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The Instrumental Music minor is designed for students who wish to teach music to individual students (not in class or group settings). Students can choose their Minor Specialisation units from relevant units offered by WAAPA, and they have the opportunity to learn about teaching music in a primary or pre-primary setting.
Note: This minor is only available to students studying the Music major.
Students must complete 4 Minor Content Study units and 2 Curriculum Minor units.
