Major In Planning
Recommended for students wishing to focus their studies towards a career in the expanding planning or urban/regional development sectors of the economy.
Urban and regional planning is an expanding sector of the economy with employers increasingly requiring graduates to have a thorough grounding in business knowledge and practical skills.
This major equips students with the knowledge, practical experience and employability skills, such as leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem solving, needed to function as business professionals and industry participants in contemporary urban and regional planning organisations.
