Master of Professional Communications (Screen Studies)

This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.

The Master of Professional Communications (Screen Studies) is a 180 credit point course.

Plus ONE (1) theory unit chosen from the following list (or another theory unit approved by the Course Coordinator):

FAV4111Film and Cinema Studies 15
FAV4205Screen Evolution 15
In addition to the units above, students must complete TWO electives (30CP).
Units offered to Directors and Producers as electives:
SCR5111Specialist Workshop 1 15
SCR5211Specialist Workshop 2 15
Or students may select another Level 5 unit in consultation with the Course Coordinator
Electives for DOPs, Editors and Sound come from already existing units in the School of Communications and Contemporary Arts.
