This degree is designed for students wishing to become secondary teachers of Drama and Performance, and/or Visual Art, and/or Digital Media, and/or Design and Technology, who will also have the opportunity to select a minor area of study from across a broad range of other study areas (but not the same as the chosen area of major), including Visual Arts, Music, Drama and Performance, Home Economics, English, Social Sciences, Design and Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Health and Physical Education, or Science.
The course is designed to equip students with the skills to teach across a chosen area of major and an area of minor, thus increasing graduate flexibily and choice of teaching in employment.
There is an extensive professional placement program to ensure the course closely links all aspects of theory with professional practice in a range of school settings.
Graduates will be eligible to seek employment in govenment and private secondary schools.

Applicants will be required to have a portfolio, interview and/or audition for the Drama and Performance and Visual Arts majors.
