Bachelor of Laws Bachelor of Psychological Science

This double degree enables students who wish to study Law and Psychological Science to obtain a degree in these fields.

The Bachelor of Laws degree satisfies the academic requirements for admission of law graduates as legal practitioners in Western Australia (WA).

Professional recognition has also been extended to the off-campus mode of delivery from 2010.

As with other Bachelor of Laws degrees, before a law graduate may be admitted to the legal profession in that state or territory, certain additional requirements must be satisfied after completion of the degree.

For law graduates seeking admission in WA, refer to the Legal Practice Act 2003 (WA).

The Bachelor of Psychological Science is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council, and on completion, students are able to proceed to a fourth year approved by the Australian Psychological Society.

As with other Bachelor degrees in psychology, registration as a psychologist will require a further two years of postgraduate training and/or supervised experience.
