Graduate Certificate in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health
Provides non-Indigenous and Indigenous students with:
- a thorough understanding of the historical, social and cultural factors contributing to the poor health status of Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people;
- an awareness of the sources of data and ways of assessing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health; and
- knowledge of current health status.
Admission requirements
In addition to minimum requirements, the following is required:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience.
