Graduate Certificate in Children's Literature
Literature is food for the mind, while Children's Literature nourishes future generations and future leaders. Engages with community agencies that focus on the child by combining literature units with more applied units from across the University. This course bears all the hallmarks of the best in cross-disciplinary courses: the exploration of ideas and the opportunity to put them into practice. It is specifically designed to enable its graduates to upgrade and modernize their qualifications in Children's Literature. A Graduate Certificate in Children's Literature will enlarge career opportunities for graduates, not only in their chosen career, but also in, for example, the fields of Psychology, Writing and Education, including Teacher Librarianship.
Admission requirements
In addition to minimum requirements, the following is required:
Admission to the course requires the completion of a Bachelor's degree, or five years' professional experience.
