Bachelor of Engineering (Ocean Engineering)
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
This course is offered in collaboration with the Australian Maritime College at the University of Tasmania in Launceston, Tasmania. The final two years are delivered at the Australian Maritime College in Launceston and students will need to relocate to Launceston to complete the course.
In general, all units in the first two years of the course must be completed successfully before transfer to AMC can be approved.

Three elective units must be taken at AMC in consultation with the Course Coordinator to complete the course.
To complete the BEng(Ocean Engineering) students must also complete a period of 12 weeks of approved work experience as a practicum before graduating.
