If you are a parent whose son or daughter is considering university study, we have collated information for you on our undergraduate courses, entry pathways for School Leavers and Non School Leavers, costs and resources to assist you.

The first task is to determine whether your son or daughter would be classed as a School Leaver or a Non School Leaver, given entry pathway options and advice will change dependent:

  • If they are an Australian citizen or permanent resident and are looking at university study and are over the age of 20 years either:

    • before 1 March if they want to commence a course with us in semester one of that year, or
    • before 1 August if they want to commence a course with us in semester two (mid year) of that year

    They are a Non school leaver
  • If they are an Australian secondary school student who will be under the age of 20 years either:

    • by the 1 March if they want to commence a course with us in semester one of that year, or
    • by the 1 August if they want to commence a course with us in semester two (mid year) of that year

    They are a School leaver

Study where it suits

Studying a course off-campus (online) is a great option for students, who for reasons such as distance, domestic responsibilities, work commitments or disability would prefer to study without attending one of our campuses for their classes.
