Entry pathways
There are several entry pathways you can use to enter our postgraduate courses.
Graduate certificate
- Bachelors degree, or
- Equivalent prior learning - this can be professional experience
Graduate diploma
- Bachelors degree, or
- Graduate certificate in a relevant area of study, or
- Equivalent prior learning - this can be professional experience
Masters by coursework
- Bachelors degree, or
- Graduate diploma in a relevant area of study, or
- Equivalent prior learning - this can be professional experience
Masters by research
- Bachelors degree displaying an above average performance and potential to undertake research, or
- Bachelors degree with honours, in which case you will be admitted to stage 2 of the masters, or
Professional doctorate
- Masters in a relevant area of study
Doctor of Philosophy
- Masters by research in a relevant area of study, or
- Masters by coursework in a relevant area of study which includes a substantial research component, or
- Bachelors degree with first class honours in a relevant area of study, or
- Bachelors degree with second class honours, Division A
Note - Some postgraduate courses may have special admission requirements which you must meet in addition to satisfying one of the pathways listed above.
