Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
The Master of Nutrition and Dietetics is a pathway to the profession of dietetics.
The course spans community and clinical practice components, with some components occurring outside normal university semesters.
Within the learning activities of the course, students are trained to understand and interpret nutrition science, assess nutritional needs, conduct research, and give dietary advice for general health and specialised requirements including medical conditions and improved performance.
This course is Commonwealth Government Supported for eligible students.
Students are required to complete practicum placement(s) as part of this course.

Professional Recognition
This course is provisionally accredited by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Graduates of this program will be eligible for full membership of the DAA and join their Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) program.
Risk Management Protocols
Before undertaking any clinical placement, a student is required to have Communicable Diseases, Criminal Record and Working with Children clearances.
This course is available for on-campus study by students with an International student visa.
