Provides advanced, research based studies in theoretical and applied areas of Hospitality Management.

At the conclusion of Stage 1, students unable to proceed to Stage 2 may be eligible to graduate with a Post Graduate Certificate of Hospitality Management or a Post Graduate Diploma of Hospitality Management.
