"With my busy lifestyle, online learning was essential’I chose ECU because the units covered the key areas I needed in my work in a short course qualification. Additionally, it provided me with a pathway to progress to a Master level in the future.

With my extremely busy lifestyle, I studied as an off-campus student and was very grateful for online access and learning materials that I could download. This method of learning provided me with the opportunity to reflect, bring new ideas and improve the career development services, processes and practices in the organisation I work in.  In 2011, I was awarded the Miles Morgan Australia Career Excellence Award."
