Bachelor of Business

Equips students with the theory, practical experience and transferable employability skills, including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem solving, needed to succeed in a wide range of business careers.

Students have the flexibility to choose from 14 majors and can elect to complete the course with either:
- one major in a Business discipline
- two majors in a Business discipline

Majors are available in the following disciplines:

- Human Resource Management
- International Business
- Management
- Management of Information Technology
- Marketing
- Planning
- Public Practice (only available at our Bunbury campus and in conjunction with an Accounting Major)

All majors are created in consultation with industry and many are professionally recognised and accredited. Students benefit from relevant and internationally credible course content that provides practical industry experience, networking opportunities and a broad range of career options after graduating.

Additional Course Information

A key feature of this course is a unique set of units called ECU Business Edge.

This set of integrated units focuses on the employability skills businesses are looking for, including working effectively with others, communicating effectively, self-awareness, thinking critically, analysing data and using technology, problem-solving, developing initiative and enterprise, self-management, social responsibility and accountability, and developing professionalism.
