Bachelor of Speech Pathology
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The course is a 480 credit point (30 unit) course and is a 4 year (or part-time equivalent) course.
The program will involve four specialisations. The specialisations are summarised below:
- Evidence, Analysis and Interpretation
- The Science and Social Impact of Communication and Swallowing Disorders
- Professional Issues, Education and Development
- Speech Pathology Practice
HONOURS
An Honours program is available in the fourth year of the course. If a student has a weighted average mark of 70% or higher they may be invited to complete the Honours program. Students considering Honours will need to enrol and complete unit PSY3303 as it is a pre-requisite for the Honours unit SPE4107.
