Make sure you’re ready to graduate by checking our key dates for registrations and being prepared on time. If you miss the cut-off dates you may miss out on attending the ceremony.
Prepare to graduate
If you’re in your final semester of studies, now is the time to start preparing for graduation and making sure you are eligible to graduate.
It is vital you ensure that we have an accurate record of your personal details and that your Student Academic Record has the course completion status for each of your courses by the cut-off date.

Have you received your Invitation to Graduate? Then follow our six-step guide to graduating and register to graduate before the cut-off date.
- Accept or decline your invitation
- Order your academic regalia
- Collect your tickets and regalia
- Attend the ceremony
- Return your hired regalia
- Complete the Australian Graduate Survey
Not attending the ceremony?
If you are not attending you must still register by the cut-off date in order to receive your academic testamur.
Tickets and venue
Perth venue - Perth graduation ceremonies are held at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre.
South West venue - South West graduation ceremonies are held at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre.
Tickets and regalia for the graduation ceremonies must be collected from the collection points on the key dates allocated.
