Course Entry Requirements, Course Content and Study Modes

Course entry requirements are available through the International Admissions Entry Requirements page.

Students can access Course Content information through the International Student Prospectuses and Online Handbook. Information available includes: Admission requirements, Course Locations and Course Structure. In addition, Unit Assessment details are also available through the Online Handbook and can be obtained by entering the Unit and selecting “Full Unit Outline”

International students are permitted to study up to 25% of their course in the Off-Campus Study Mode where available – For Unit offerings see SIMO Semester Timetable.
NOTE: International Students studying on Student Visa’s must always be enrolled in at least one On-Campus Unit during any Compulsory Teaching period

Course Fees

Students receive indicative information about course fees through their offer letter. The Online fees Calculator enables students to determine individual Unit fees they wish to study. Total course cost is dependent on the specific Units selected.

Course Deferral/Intermission and Enrolment Cancellation

International Students may be permitted to defer/intermit their studies under limited circumstances. Students who wish to defer/intermit their studies must complete the Deferral/intermission form and seek approval from an International Student Adviser. University Rules allow for the suspension or cancellation of a student’s enrolment for misconduct or unsatisfactory academic performance. The University may also cancel a student’s enrolment for non-payment of tuition fees. Students should also be aware that breaking their studies through deferment or cancellation can affect their Student Visa.
