In the USA, ECU is registered with the US Department of Education and with the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

In Canada, ECU is registered with many Provisional Governments. This registration enables Canadian residents to access financial support through both Provisional and National government student assistance programs while studying at ECU.

ECU has a Financial Aid Team to help make the loan process simple. US Students may be eligible for Financial Aid through the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) (Stafford and PLUS Loans). In addition, former US Service men and women may also access education entitlements under the GI Bill of Rights while studying at ECU.
