Student Welcome Reception for Overseas Singaporean Students

The Overseas Singaporean Unit (OSU) and the Singapore High Commission in Australia are organising a Student Welcome Reception (SWR) in Perth on Thursday, 24 March 2011 at the Pan Pacific Hotel Perth. The SWR, also supported by the Singapore Students Associations of Western Australia, is open to all new and returning Singaporean students.

The details of this event are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 24th March 2011
Time: 6pm to 10pm (registration starts at 6.00 pm)
Venue: Pan Pacific Hotel Perth, 207 Adelaide Terrace, Perth 6000

Attire: Smart casual and covered shoes

The broad programme of the SWR is as follows:

1800 hrs Registration
1830 hrs

Introduction and Welcome by Emcee
Sharing by OSU
Welcome Address by Deputy High Commissioner
Presentations by Singapore Student Associations

2000 hrs Dinner & Networking

During the dinner reception, you would have the opportunity to meet with our Deputy High Commissioner Chua Teng Hoe as well as interact and network with fellow Singaporean Students. OSU representatives and student leaders will also be sharing information on our programmes and activities that would help you stay connected with one another and back home.
