ECU hosts Saudi Aramco delegation

ECU Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kerry Cox with Saudi Aramco Senior Vice President, Industrial Relations, Mr Abdulaziz Al Khayyal, and ECU Chancellor, Hon. Mr Hendy Cowan
ECU was pleased to welcome a senior delegation from Saudi Aramco Oil to the ECU Joondalup Campus on Friday, 6 May, for discussions with academics from ECU’s School of Computer and Security Science.
ECU is currently a global pioneer in the area of Security Science, delivering programs from Network Security to Counter Terrorism, Security and Intelligence.
Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Kerry Cox and Chancellor, Hendy Cowan, along with senior ECU staff, welcomed the delegation to the information forum at the University’s Council Chambers.
Head of ECU’s School of Computer and Security Science, Professor Craig Valli, delivered an overview of ECU Security programs, research capabilities and achievements.
Delegates were uniformly positive about the University’s depth of coverage in security science, the level of industry and government support and cooperation and impressive research achievements.
