The timetable for each course shall be delivered as outlined in either the relevant Academic Model (Transnational Education Services or Twinning Agreement) or as agreed between the parties. The Partnerships Officer will send the Offshore Partner Program Timetable (full year) for to the partner institution in November each year outlining the timetable for the coming year.
The Partnerships Officer will confirm the Offshore Partner Program Timetable at least eight weeks before the commencement of each teaching period.
As per the Transnational Services Agreement (or Twinning Agreement), ECU reserves the right to make alterations to units or courses. The Client Manager will notify the Partner Institution of any such alterations a full teaching period in advance. Any change to the course or the program must be approved by the Vice-Chancellor/nominee of Edith Cowan University.
Any changes to the agreed timetable requested by the Partner Institution should be provided in writing to the Partnerships Officer at least eight weeks before the beginning of the teaching schedule, and should include a full rationale for the change, including a business case where appropriate. The Partnerships’ Officer will liaise with the relevant Faculty and will advise the Partner Institution of the outcome within five working days.
