Student Evaluation of Units and Teaching (or UTEI) forms will be distributed to students electronically before the end of each teaching period. Following this survey, the Partnerships Officer will ensure that the UTEI reports are processed and returned to the Partner Institution in a timely manner, to enable the Partner teacher to participate effectively in improving the quality of teaching.
Nominated staff at the Partner will be provided with access to the Exam Printing Production Order System, which will enable those staff to print exam materials (final and deferred exam papers) and organise exam packages as required. Once the exam has been completed the return of papers and all associated materials will be made to ECU Assessments via courier for distribution to the Unit Coordinator for marking.
Student must lodge a deferred exam application by completing the Application for Deffered Exam form,copy to be submitted to Partner Staff. Partnerships Officer will advise the outcome of the application once it has been assessed by ECU Assessments Office. Partner staff will organise another date for successful applicants to re-sit the deferred exam.
The Partnerships Officer will advise the Partner of all supplementary exams that have been granted by the Board of Examiners. The Partner Institution will advise the date that the supplementary exam will be held.The Partnerships Officer will send the supplementary exam paper to the Partner to ensure that it arrives at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the exam.
