The Partner Institution shall provide lecture rooms, seminar/tutorial rooms, adequate computers with reliable internet access and library space equipped to the minimum standard specified by the Transnational Education Services Agreement (Twinning Agreement) and/or referenced in the ECU Learning and Teaching Guidelines for Offshore Partners. It is the responsibility of the Partner Institution to provide an appropriate learning environment for all students, including sufficient internet access.
The Partner Institution will provide internet access to all students enrolled in an ECU course. Students are encouraged to access the ECU Library, and Blackboard where the student has access to electronic learning materials.
Difficulties in accessing ECU’s online resources should be reported to the Partner Institution individual responsible for liaising with ECU, who will address the matter either by improving the institution’s infrastructure or by taking up the matter with ECU directly, as appropriate.
