We require at least 3 days notice prior to your arrival or airport reception can not be guaranteed.
Each student must complete their own separate Airport Reception and Temporary Accommodation Form.
Arrival Reception is provided free of charge. An ECU representative will meet you and transport will be provided to take your to your accommodation.
Delays in reaching your accommodation may occur depending on the number of students and destinations to go to at the time of your arrival.
Please note that whilst the accommodation is booked and confirmed on your behalf, the cost of accommodation must be paid by you direct to the hotel upon check-in.
The prices listed on this booking form are discounted rates only for commencing ECU students.

Temporary accommodation is made available for international students for your convenience only. Students may arrange their own accommodation if they so desire.
The University does not own, manage or operate any of the properties used for temporary accommodation.
The University does not provide any oversight of the property or property manager and does not accept any liability in relation to the property or property manager.
The University does not accept any liability for any loss or damage that you might suffer arising from accommodation arrangements made on your behalf. Nor will the University pay you for any loss or damage suffered by you.
