Please complete this form if you require arrival reception and/or temporary accommodation.
We require at least 3 days notice (between Monday - Friday) prior to your arrival or airport reception can not be guaranteed.
Each student must complete their own separate Airport Reception and Temporary Accommodation Form.
Arrival Reception is provided free of charge. An ECU representative will meet you and transport will be provided to take your to your accommodation.
The time you reach your accommodation may vary depending on the number of students and destinations to go to at the time of your arrival.
Please note that whilst the accommodation is booked and confirmed on your behalf, the cost of accommodation must be paid by you direct to the hotel upon check-in.
The prices listed on this booking form are discounted rates only for commencing ECU students.

Temporary Accommodation Disclaimer
Temporary accommodation is available for your convenience and not compulsory. Students may arrange their own accommodation if they so desire.
The University does not own, manage or operate any of the properties used for temporary accommodation.
The University does not provide any oversight of the property or property manager and does not accept any liability in relation to the property or property manager.
The University does not accept any liability for any loss or damage that you might suffer arising from accommodation arrangements made on your behalf. Nor will the University pay you for any loss or damage suffered by you.

  • Rooms with "Ensuite" have bathrooms attached. All other rooms share common bathrooms with the same gender.
  • Dormitory rooms sleep between 4 to 6 people in bunk beds, who may not be fellow ECU students.

  • If your intention is to apply to live on the Student Village, click here for further information.
  • If you are arriving after 3.30pm (1530hrs), you need to book temporary accommodation until the next working day (Mon-Fri) as the Student Village administration office will be closed. A free transfer to the Student Village is provided.
