California State University, Sacramento enrols a multicultural student body of 29,000 students while keeping a commitment to small classes. 60 undergraduate degrees and 40 graduate degrees are offered at our 300-acre, tree-lined university campus. University students participate in the 250+ student organizations. There are also numerous on campus activities planned throughout the year including movies, comedy shows, concerts, debates, theatre/dance performances and athletic events. On campus housing is available in coeducational residence halls. Off campus housing close to campus is also easily accessible. City bus and light rail service throughout Sacramento is free for our students. On campus computer labs are available at several locations on campus. Students receive a free email account and the university has wireless internet access.

Cost of Living:
An incoming exchange student should have approximately USD 1,500 per month for all expenses, including room, board, transportation, and personal expenses. This is about the average cost of living. The cost of housing off-campus depends on whether the student shares a room or not.
Please Note:
You must hold a minimum WAM of 65 to apply for exchange at CSUS.
USA citizens/dual citizens:
CSUS is no longer able to waive Non-Resident Tuition for any exchange students who have USA or dual USA citizenship.
USA citizens who go on exchange to CSUS will need to add roughly $4,500 to their budget to pay their Non-Resident Tuition.
