Students wishing to participate in CISWA activities should take the following steps:

1. Download Payment Form and complete details for the trip you wish to attend
2. Take the Form along with your money to the Cashier on any ECU campus and make the payment. Please ensure you receive a receipt for the transaction - DO NOT disregard this receipt.
3. See an International Student Adviser on any of the campuses and provide them with the receipt number obtained at the cashier.
4. The International Student Adviser will record your details and advise CISWA that you will be attending the event.

PLEASE NOTE: The receipt you receive upon payment at the Cashier will be used as your ticket to board the bus for the CISWA event. It is extremely important that you take this receipt with you to the trip so that the CISWA staff know you have paid.
