Welcome to Information Technology Infrastructure
The IT Infrastructure group manages, supports and provides ERP
systems, communications infrastructure (voice, video and data) and
the University's common LAN services. IT Infrastructure is the third
tier of support for all IT services.
Other Departments within IT are:
IT is organised under the auspices of the Senior IT Staff group
- a collegial management group that meets on the last Friday of
each month. The current chair of the group is Mark Ridge (Manager,
Faculty IT Support Services) and the current Membership comprises
of all senior staff within each of ITSS, ITI, IS and IDS.
