Academic Misconduct Protocol
ECU approved Statute 22: Student Conduct in March 2007 and introduced new Academic Misconduct Rules for Students in order to produce a clear and easy to follow process to ensure that anyone who is affected by an alleged incident of academic misconduct is clear as to their role, responsibilities, rights and how to proceed. There is a clear enunciation of possible penalties, who can apply them and the right of appeal. These Guides have been produced to assist in students reading the Academic Misconduct Rules (Students), please read them carefully in conjunction with the Rules.
