In 2010 sustainability in the curriculum will be a priority area. CLD will be running a project throughout 2010
to assist and provide incentives for academic staff to revise their units to embed sustainability. The ECU
Sustainability in the Curriculum Project 2010 will involve the formation of a community of interested teachers
from across the University who will participate in collaborative activities leading to the development of
resources and units.

ECU staff are invited to a luncheon workshop, compliments of the Hyatt Regency Perth to receive advice and further information on the Edith Cowan University Professional Development Scholarships being offered by the Perth Convention Bureau. Come along to learn how to put an application together and receive tips from Perth Convention Bureau staff. The PCB are offering two $5000 scholarships to each of Perth’s five universities, so staff from all uni’s will be in attendance which makes it an excellent networking opportunity.
