External Library Service
Requesting A Search
External students can Do
Your Own Search using library databases.
If you cannot access a relevant database, ask your Subject
Librarian to do a search for you.
For all searches please:
- Allow approximately 2 weeks for the search results to be sent to you.
- Provide your name, student number, unit code, assignment number, e-mail, address, phone and fax numbers.
- Provide as much detail as possible about your topic, including your approach and keywords
- Tell us the date the assignment is due
- Postgraduates requiring a literature search should arrange for their supervisor to be present when the search is done.
- If you provide your e-mail address, you may receive some emailed articles with the list of references.
- Select additional references from the list and submit a separate request form for each item.
Registering online with Document
Delivery will allow you to submit requests over the Web.
ECU
does not automatically hold all of the articles and may need
to obtain copies from other libraries, so allow time for processing
and delivery.
