Library One Search is a search engine that helps you discover information on any topic ECU Library's collections. You can search across the Library's catalogue and online journal collection, to find information from books, journal articles, newspapers and more. From your search you can link directly to the full text of articles and e-books or to the catalogue for finding books and other resources on the shelves. Access Library One Search from the Library Homepage using your ADS login at the prompt.
How to use Library One Search: Type your keywords into the single search box. Refine your search using the options on the left, such as content type, subject or date. For a more specific search, by author or journal title for example, use the Advanced Search option.

Health Collection: Australian full text database covering Australasian health information in a range of publications, including journal articles, reports and conference proceedings.
MEDLINE International database indexing biomedical literature. This database is useful for searching
for information relating to addiction, biomedical research, human physiology, health policies,
health promotion, nutrition, occupational health and epidemiological studies.

ProQuest 5000 International International multidisciplinary database indexing a selection of journals in all subject disciplines. It is useful for a broad cross-disciplinary search, rather than in-depth in a subject.
MetaQuest allows searching across several databases simultaneously. Login to MetaQuest and then select the subject list for Health Sciences, Human Biology.
