Use * to replace letters at the end of a word. For example, the search "famil*" would retrieve the words "family," "families," "familial," etc. You need to be aware of the English and American spelling of words. The system only looks for the word you have entered. For example : English American Immunisation Immunization Foetal   Fetal Caesarean     Cesarean Use wild cards to assist: Immuni?ation will pick up both forms of spelling.
