Finding
Case studies in CINAHL

the arrow button to scroll down the options to case study
-

Truncation
should be used with caution as you can retrieve too much material,
but is useful when you want to search for a number of similar
words at once.
Use * to replace letters at the end of a word.
For example, the search "famil*" would retrieve the
words "family,"
"families," "familial," etc.
You
need to be aware of the English and American spelling of words.
The system only looks for the word you have entered.
For example :
|
English |
American |
|
Immunisation |
Immunization |
|
Foetal |
Fetal |
|
Caesarean |
Cesarean |
Use wild cards to assist: Immuni?ation will pick up both forms
of spelling.
To display full text titles, you will need
Adobe Acrobat.
Use
the Help button on any screen for extra assistance.
Connect
to practice in the LIVE option.
