Congratulations to the fourth cohort of LEAP graduates, who were awarded their Diploma in Frontline Management on Thursday, 16 October.

The ceremony was presided over by Vice-Chancellor Professor Kerry Cox, who commended the graduates on their spirit of determination and eagerness to continue to improve their leadership skills and contribute to improving the leadership strength of ECU. This year there were 15 successful graduates who were all very proud of their achievement.

The ceremony was attended by many of the guest speakers from ECU who had contributed sessions to the program, as well as the line managers of those graduating and the LEAP 5 cohort who had completed their last workshop on the same day.

LEAP is the Leadership@ECU Accredited Program offering a qualification in frontline management, and is available by nomination to anyone leading people or aspiring to a leadership role at ECU. Five cohorts have been run successfully since its inception in 2005, and nominations for the next intake will be opening soon.

If you are interested in this program please contact Deanna Heal, the LEAP coordinator on LEAP@ecu.edu.au or visit the PD website for details of the nomination procedure.
