A group of twenty-five Chinese high school students visited ECU's Joondalup Campus today to tour the facilities and learn more about engineering, aviation, sports science and nursing courses.

The Zhejiang high school students are winners of the 'Go to WA English Language Competition' and will spend eight days travelling around Perth accompanied by Zhejiang government and education officials.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Kerry Cox and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Arshad Omari met with students outside the Chancellery Building.

The students were very impressed with ECU's facilities and the chance to meet Professor Cox, who welcomed the group in Mandarin.

The visit was facilitated by Sandy Fengmei Guo, Julie Gravel and Shannon Tucker from ECU International.
