Following an exhaustive tender process, the Facilities and Services Centre have appointed Spotless Engineering to provide Engineering Services Maintenance for the University.
The five year contract with Spotless will commence on 14th October 2009 and includes the maintenance of all mechanical services, air conditioning equipment, chilled water systems, heating systems, and drinking water fountains across Joondalup and Mount Lawley campuses.
An initial detailed condition survey of all associated equipment will be conducted by Spotless during the first three months of the contract. The Spotless Engineering Audit Team have been requested to
minimise the inconvenience to staff and students and will ensure disruption, if any, will be kept to a minimum as they access fixed assets and plant within the buildings, including access to ceiling spaces within office areas.
