The 2009 International Design Out Crime (iDOC) Conference will be hosted by the Sellenger Centre at ECU’s Joondalup Campus in early December.

The iDOC conference brings together crime prevention experts, design professionals, academics and policy makers to discuss how design can be used effectively to reduce crime, terrorism and anti-social behaviour.

ECU academics are invited to participate by attending the conference or submitting a paper. For more information visit the conference website at www.designoutcrime.org/ocs2/index.php/iDOC/2009

The conference is organised by the Design Out Crime Research Centre, a collaboration between academic staff at Curtin University and ECU.
