Movie fundraiser for ECU Melanoma research

Support the important research undertaken at ECU’s Melanoma Research Group at an opening night screening of the latest movie in the Twilight series, New Moon.

Grab some friends, vamp it up in your own unique Twilight style - prizes are on offer! Enjoy pre-movie refreshments and watch as the story unfolds for Bella, Edward and Jacob.

ECU researchers have identified a way to detect the spread of melanoma in its early stages, a discovery with the potential to save thousands of lives.

The ECU Melanoma Research Foundation is currently developing a simple blood test to detect abnormal genes specific to highly metastatic cells.
