Recently the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) awarded ECU’s Dr Janice Redmond with the Tilde University Press ANZAM Early Career Researcher Award.

This $2,000 award is provided to foster and recognise the research and scholarly achievements of emerging researchers who are at an early stage in an academic career.

Janice is a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in the Faculty of Business and Law’s School of Management, and works within the Small and Medium Enterprise Research Centre (SMERC).

She is involved in a number of collaborative projects for SMERC, including the exploration of environmental education for small and medium enterprises, and management skills and competencies in small business.

Janice is also currently teaching the Management for Performance and Managing Globally and Locally units for the School of Management.

ECU congratulates Janice on this outstanding achievement.
