ECU and the City of Stirling have joined forces in an exciting new partnership which will see both organisations working together to support the local community.

ECU Vice-Chancellor Professor Kerry Cox met with Mayor of the City of Stirling, David Bootham to sign a Memorandum of Understanding at a ceremony held at ECU's Mount Lawley Campus.

The partnership will promote cooperation and collaboration between the two organisations on community initiatives, research projects and professional development.

Professor Cox said that ECU and the City of Stirling are both large organisations that provide essential services to the community.

"ECU is working to build an inclusive, prosperous and sustainable WA and we are confident that our new partnership with the City of Stirling will help us to achieve this goal," he said.
