Indigenous Australian students are invited to nominate to be a student representative on ECU's Indigenous Consultative Committee (ICC).

Joining the ICC represents a unique opportunity to collaborate with Indigenous community members from inside and outside the University, and positively contribute to ECU's service provision, outcomes and reputation in relation to Indigenous Australians.

The Committee usually meets at the Mount Lawley Campus (there are four meeting per year), and meetings take around three hours, with lunch provided.

Further details regarding the ICC's current membership and terms of reference are available at the following website:

http://www.ecu.edu.au/equ/icc.html

If you are an Indigenous Australian student who is interested in nominating for the ICC, please provide 3-4 dot points, detailing any skills/experience/knowledge that you feel would add value to the Committees' deliberations, via email to Mary Ballantine by 12.00pm on Tuesday, 25 August 2009.
