ECU students revved up for Australian University Games

This week ECU student athletes at the Gold Coast to represent Edith Cowan University at the Australian University Games.

More than 150 ECU students and support staff, one of the largest teams ever sent to the Games, will compete in 13 sports over five days of competition.

On Friday, 18 September all student athletes were presented with their team uniform by Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Arshad Omari and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) Professor John Finlay-Jones at the Uniform Presentation Night.

ECU team captains were also announced with Jenna Gallagher and Matthew Sofoulis being chosen to represent the team at the Games.
